GRAFFITI ON SUBWAYS JUST WENT LEGAL IN BUCHAREST
We’re kidding, it`s still illegal as fuck. On the night between 21st and 22nd of March 2012, some fellow writers with the help of Bucharest City Hall, the company that operates the subway in Bucharest and a local water company, painted a full old model I.V.A. subway celebrating the “International Water Day”.
We couldn’t figure out how a full painted subway could stop the lack of water in african countries – besides a really cool publicity stunt from the organizers – but the outcome is really great.
