This might be the right time to stop and think about your last holiday. Beach? Sky? Abroad? Well, this guy decided that such locations are shit and went straight to hell: Chernobyl.

For those of you who don`t exactly know what happened there, here are some keynotes:

• nuclear reactor exploded back in ’86;
• the whole Prypiat city (49.000+ inhabitants) was evacuated in the days(!) that followed;
• official numbers speak about 57 deaths and 4000+ peoples exposed to high doses of radiation. Unofficial numbers speak of 600.000+ cases of exposures to high radiation levels and increased risk in developing cancer;
• today you have to get a special permit to enter the area surrounding the power plant;
• the place and surrounding areas are still unbelievable radioactive.

We just have to give this guy some credit: his photos are incredibly nice, in contrast with the content of the images – destruction, deserted areas and death everywhere.
